Terms and Conditions

1.1 Bookings cancelled prior to 24 hours of the actual pickup will be refunded. If you don't notify us 24 hours prior to your pickup there will be no refund. All cancellations need to be emailed.
1.2 All refunds are subject to a 10% administration charge.
1.3 If your flight is cancelled and you notify us, there will be a full refund (minus 10% admin fee) or a car will be provided for your new arrival date/ time.
1.4 In the event your incoming flight is delayed, we will monitor the flights arrival and arrange for the driver to arrive based on new arrival time.
1.5 For airport pickups we allow 45 minutes free waiting from when the driver enters the airport terminal. The driver enters the terminal 45 minutes after the flight has landed, therefore passengers have up to 1 hour 30 minutes from landing to clear immigration and collect luggage. If the passenger thinks they will take longer to clear immigration and security, please let us know and we will adjust the time the driver enters the terminal as needed. After the free 45 minutes of waiting we will charge £7.50 per 15 minute interval.
   For all other pickups there is a free 15-minute wait from the scheduled pickup time after this period a charge of £7.50 per 15 minute interval will apply.
